The power amplifier IC consists of three-stage amplifier, the CMOS active bias circuit for linearizing SiGe HBT and all matching circuits. The power amplifier IC has exhibited a measured output power of dBm, an EVM of % and a dc current consumption of mA under 54 Mbps OFDM signal at GHz. This paper introduces the design of integrated BiCMOS current-sensing circuit and amplifier for high-performance current-mode dcdc boost converter. By exploiting the advantage presented by the integration of both CMOS and bipolar devices within same technology, the BiCMOS circuits offers high-gain amplifier and accurately sensed inductor current.
